Mano has a unique ability to understand and influence the business and financial needs of a healthcare company in the current healthcare climate.  He has shown skill in working through the challenges of repeatable and scalable growth while staying focused on producing a superior quality of service with patient focused care.

Mano has worked in senior management positions in the areas of public, private, and private equity portfolio companies in healthcare, with revenues ranging from as low as $25 million to a high of $3.6 Billion. He has held the positions of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and as Division Leader with Operational responsibility.

Mano holds a bachelor’s in accounting from the University of Texas, Dallas and an MBA in Management from Texas A&M University - Commerce. He is a CPA and holds Accredited in Business Valuations (ABV), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Forensic Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant(CGMA), Certified in Financial Forensics(CFF), Certified Information Technology Professional(CITP), Real Estate Broker - TX, Certified Management Accountant(CMA), Holds a Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), and Certified in Financial Management(CFM) credentials.  He is also a CFA Level 3 Candidate.

Mano has received many awards which recognize him for his leadership abilities and for his civic contributions to diverse organizations. In 2016, Mano was recognized as an Honoree - CFO of the Year by the Dallas Business Journal. In 2004, he was named “Outstanding Manager of the year” by US Oncology. May 13, 1999, was proclaimed by the City of Plano, as “Mano Mahadeva Day” for his contributions to the city. And, in 1994, Mano was recognized by the National Association of Community Leadership with a Distinguished Leadership award. He was the Plano Metro Rotarian of the Year in 1998, and the Plano Early Lion of the Year in 1993.
